Location was nice and close proximity to where we wanted to go and room was clean.

Didn't really strike me as 5 star based on others i've stayed in. Breakfast wasn't great and have had better at 3 star hotels.

Great location, staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the hotel was clean and the food was excellent.

Not much storage space for clothes, only one drawer and 5 coat hangers, luckily I was only staying for 4 nights so managed to fit things in.

The reception and lounge area are beautifully decorated. The Rooftop is stunning. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. The breakfast had plenty of choice all very good.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I had a mixed experience. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the area, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Firstly, I found the prices to be somewhat overrated, especially considering that there are other hotels nearby with better locations that offer similar or even better amenities at roughly half the price. Additionally, the pool closes quite early at 7:00 PM, which limited our options for evening relaxation. The gym is quite small and not open 24 hours, which was inconvenient. Another area where the hotel could improve is housekeeping. During our five-day stay, we noticed that the bathrobe was not replaced or cleaned properly; we kept the same one for the entire duration, which was less than satisfactory. It would be great if they paid more attention to these details to enhance the guest experience. Overall, the hotel has a good location and friendly staff, but there’s room for improvement in value and service consistency.
