Location convenient walk ti restaurants and Sagrada, staff first class gracious professionals from top to bottom, bed and pillows super comfortable, coffee in room with mini biscotti a nice treat, shower strong, refrigerator in room and the rooftop bar was so relaxing. We were greeted with champagne and a cookie and muffin bar. The bell hops were top notch. The staff is exceptional well trained. This was a bit more expensive but well worth the difference. We will stay again.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Right there in my favorite part of Barcelona, El Born.
The rooms are incredibly small so we did feel quite cramped.

The staff was friendly and professional.
The room was tiny so was the queen bed.
The room's window doesn't isolate noise well. I listened to passersby all night long which isn't conducive to a good sleep.
The breakfast buffet doesn't have many options.
At the 200+ euro this hotel leaves much to be desired. Not recommended.
