Great location, modern and clean. Very helpful staff
Great location centre of town with parking. Very clean and modern room.

Overall positive experience
Central location. Helpful and pleasant staff
We felt like it needed some maintenance and upgrading. The shower needed some fresh grouting and the bedside tables were worn. Breakfast selection was fair, eggs were not kept warm.

An enjoyable stay in Trentino!
The breakfast was very good, with a rich variety of food and drinks, and especially good apple juice, try it out! All staff - cleaning, breakfast room, reception were very helpful and kind. Interestingly, the hotel has a self-service "honor" system through which you can get drinks 24 hours a day. Another nice thing - the hotel stay earned us free transport within Trentino, and free museum access.

Our 2-night stay was ideal! Relaxing, fun, interesting and comfortable.
Generally the hotel exceeded our expectations. It was just right for what we wanted - it felt personal, comfortable, not pretentious and yet a little stylish perhaps. We enjoyed the breakfast and the pools very much. Also the proximity to town, so we could stroll around and easily eat out in the evening. The staff on the front desk were very pleasant and friendly.
Really, nothing!

Great Hotel in an Underrated and Charming Town
This is our second time at this hotel and we loved it both times. The staff are very nice and helpful. We have two young children and the room was perfect, two big beds and a child's cot for the toddler. Breakfast is simple but good and the dining room is also very nice with lots of light. The hotel and rooms are clean and modernized. I would not classify it as an extravagant hotel, but it is smartly decorated and the lobby is attractive and relaxed with nice rugs and chairs. There's a big patio outside of the lobby and the whole atmosphere is very comfortable. I especially like the honesty system bar where you can help yourself to a drink by simply writing your room number. There's also a nice pool and outside area with great landscaping and a beautiful old olive tree. This was a big draw for us and we spent lots of time relaxing with the kids by the pool after trips in and outside of the city. As for location, we did not know very much about Rovereto before coming here. We picked it because it is well located between both the mountains and Lake Garda. It is a great jumping off point for day trips. The hotel itself is a 5 minute walk from the train station which will get even easier once the passage under the highway is finally fully finished. But I would say Rovereto itself is quite an underrated and charming town. There are excellent art galleries, including the Futurism museum, and nice parks with playgrounds. The city, being small, has a laid-back vibe and there are plenty of good restaurants and cafes. Once in the city it's easy to walk everywhere. You could easily just spend a few days here relaxing and exploring, and indeed, the small size is one of the draws compared to more busy tourist cities like Verona. The only thing that surprised me is how much traffic there is during rush hour!

Thank you for a great first experience of Italy ☺️
Great location with friendly and helpful staff. There are lots of communal spaces, which make the hotel feel very welcoming, cosy & comfortable. Decor is very nice also, plenty of outdoor areas also, which were very nice. I especially liked that overall the hotel was quite, not a lot of noise and traffic from other guests or staff, so very peaceful which adds to the beautiful scenic town of Rovereto. The room was absolutely spotless, beautiful decor and great views. I would definitely book this hotel again, just to spend more time enjoying the facilities and the room, our stay was very comfortable. I travelled with my 5yr daughter, the room had plenty of space and huge bed!
Breakfast, more hot food options would of been great. However this may of just been the standard of local Breakfast.

Large room & great location
Great location to explore Rovereto on foot. Big, well appointed room. Large bed, with good mattress. Free parking in front if the hotel.

Definitely not worth the money and not worth the 4-star rating.
The place was nicely furnished
Firstly, the AC did not work at all. They also offered to move us to another room, but the AC was not working there either.beside, the vent is so small that I doubt the AC would be effective in any case. The bathroom was missing any place to put shampoo and soap in the shower and in general there was little room for anything.
