Excellent location, we used the hotel as a base for several bicycle day-trips. Wonderful and clean pool to use at the end of each bike day. Good breakfast, a wonderful and gracious host with whom we exchanged gifts at parting.
Little nearby parking (on the street). Something that management helped with, suggesting a lot near the train station (a 5 min walk and no great inconvenience).

I really enjoyed my stay here. The price was excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable with quality bedding. The breakfast was charming and consistent with many fresh options which is nice while traveling. The hosts were incredibly kind. As mentioned by other travelers there is a strong language barrier however I am traveling in Italy I expect some challenges. Like many buildings to include hotels, the walls are pretty thin so bring ear plugs or a white noise machine. The location is a ways away from town but with the price, cleanliness and breakfast it makes sense. As a solo traveler I felt very safe here and it was incredibly clean.
