Very Basic Hostel with lots of Kids

The staff were really nice and the location is fine. It's definitely affordable and nice that breakfast was included. Also the Trentino Guest Card which permits you to use public transport in Trentino while your stay. Get in touch with them before your stay to get it. I could also shift my booking without problems, which was very nice of the staff to do! Key for a locker is included.

I expected a very good (8* rating) hostel and have to say it's too basic for that rating. No Kitchen okay, but not even cutlery, cups, microwave, cattle or anything really. Breakfast stops at 9am, which I find too early and from 10am onwards you have to leave the room every day for the cleaning. No common area to hang out. Electricity only works in the rooms if someone sacrifices their key card, so each time a guest leaves the room, the lights will turn off automatically. Late check-in is only possible with extra charge. I didn't find any other Backpacker. Only strange old men or families, so children were screaming and crying the whole time unfortunately. WiFi was barely working.

Breakfast is quite modest, but you can eat your fill. Friendly staff. Great location in the city center. I had luck with nice roommates, it was also quiet at night.

Nice, clean and friendly place.

Breakfast was complet, with ham and chees, and a lot of sweet. Room was clean, size was perfect for a family with 5 person. It was not noisy. It is in the downtown, using a car is not the best, but you can ask the hostel for entrance permit. Rovereto is is a lovely town.

Wifi was a bit weak in some area.

Very friendly staff, parking behind the hotel was nice. Nice clean rooms, with a nice bathroom. Very good location in the town.

Ideal location to reach museums, restaurants etc. Very good price. The guest card is great to be able to go to the museums for free.

If you are traveling with kids and are staying on the weekend: beware of the very loud club music coming from a bar down the street. There is nothing the hostel can do, they have a license to play their music outside until 11 p.m. For couples staying there this shouldn't be an issue.

Kind staff, but outdated and dirty room.

Due to train delays we arrived late, but the staff was extremely kind an helpfull. They helped us relax and explained everything. They also answered any questions we had. The location was quite good, nothing was more than 10 minutes away from the hotel.

The design of the room was dated, especially the bathroom. The light to the bathroom (which had no window) also turned on the ventilator for the shower, which made an aweful and loud noise meaning going to the toilet when your partner was sleeping without waking them up was next to impossible. The beds were quite hard and we often woke up with pain in our backs. The wifi was also very unstable and would randomly disconnect every 10 minutes. They breakfast was not too bad, but the room and display of the food made us feel like we were eating in a school cafetaria. The rooms were quite clean overal, but there were two big oversights. When moving blankets around in the cold night, aircurrents cause a bundle of black hair to move from under the bed to our luggage. I have blond hair and my partner has red hair, so this could not have come from us. Furthermore the showerdrain was partially clogged with long black hair. This was not only pretty disguisting but also caused the water to drain very slowly.

Ostello Di Rovereto is decent, but don’t bother spending any time in Rovereto on a Monday. literally everything is shut including the museum and shops.

Great stay!

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and had a big bathroom. The breakfast served was excellent. Just a short walk to nearest supermarket and bus stop (35-40mins to get to Riva del Garda) and transport was free with visitor card issued.

The room was a little hot, but i stayed during a heat wave.
