The hotel is very elegant, with an old-school charm but a new and vibrant style. The single room is magnificent with a view of the Alps. Overall, the atmosphere is very welcoming. The location is central, close to the train station and close to some of the main tourist attractions. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly.

The restaurant was great - we enjoyed both the dinner and breakfast. The suite was spacious and perfect for our group.
Parking was available, but was confusing to access due to multiple one way streets.

Nicely presented and decorated hotel. Spacious suite. Generous bathroom and bathroom toiletries. Ample furniture. Nice view from windows. Warm and cosy. Great to have a smart tv. Great location right at the start of the shopping street with plenty of restaurants and a Conads too. Parking easy.
Not both smart TVs. Instant coffee sachets with tiny milk would have been lovely rather than just tea options in the room.
