It was great!

Everything was great! I would like to say a big "Thank you" to the lovely lady at the reception for checking us in late in the evening. She was very helpful and accommodating.

Gourmet stop ideal for cyclists.

The staff were all brilliant. The manager, the waitresses and the chef all went out of their way to be helpful. The food was superb, especially considering the limited size of the establishment. Secure indoor bicycle storage was provided. Close to La Règalante veloroute.m

The location is on the edge of an industrial area away from the centre of town, although there is a free bus at certain times of the day IF you can work out where the nearest stops are.

The hotel manager Pascal was extremely helpful making sure our room configuration was as we needed and advising on restaurants in the centre of town.

It’s obviously located a 30 minute safe walk outside of town, but we knew that when booking.

Ok for a quick 1 night stopover

Easy to find ,quiet location. Fuss free check in

Dirty room and poor upkeep of accommodation. Leaking shower, really strong smell or drains /sewers about the hotel. Uncomfortable bed and poor pillows. Small room ,lack of plug sockets , kettle filthy. Loud dance music playing in reception on arrival,not very welcome.

it was good

the property was clean and easy access and the property accomadated us as we was arriving in earlier than the actual time to check in so we managed to check in at 2pm instead of 5pm witch was really good cos it’s really cold outside at the moment

the bed was really uncomfortable as I suffer with back problems so this made it worse but everything else was ok as this isn’t the property’s problem

Disappointed with the breakfast, however the evening meal was very good.

We knew that the rooms were small. But they are a little tired . The pillows could do with being replaced . Very poor quality and a minimum of 2 pillows per person should be standard.

Excellent hotel for a stopover

Clean and comfortable room, very friendly staff, excellent buffet for breakfast. Tea and coffee available in room, hot shower. Very quiet location. Excellent for a one night stopover and Chateaubriant is a lovely place to visit.

Would have liked a firmer and/or extra pillow. Not within walking distance of the town centre.

Superb

The hotel team takes care on their guest, cleanness of the rooms. Easy check-in handles by Morgane and good options for dinner and breakfast. The rooms have all needed items and the location allows to reach final destination without large trafic.

Absolutely worst accommodation I ever had on business trip, old facility, didn't feel comfortable, middle of nowhere in industrial zone, no dinner option...

The room itself was old, not clean far from pictures on advertisement on booking...I arrived late and didn't have any option to eat in the hotel or close by.

Very disappointing

Room 28 my sons room had a horrible smell in it & the window had to be kept open for the whole stay. The breakfast buffet that him & his partner paid 8.90euros for was disgraceful & they told the reptionist that they did not want it. She said she could put some food out, but it was to late & we asked if we could have the money back for it, but she said that the owners would have to decide. We have to send our passport details before this might happen & bank account details. We have photos of the so called buffet. We arrived at 8.00pm only to be told that the restuarant was not opened weekends so we walked anout 15 mins to find some food. The wardrobe was some hangers above the bed & the room was very small even the shower room. We would have had better facilities in a premier classe hotel as this was very basic for the price & we would definitely not stay there again

Very good

The gentleman on reception was so friendly and welcoming? we had a couple of requests which he was more than happy to help with. We left in a bit of a rush but wanted him to know how much we appreciated all of his help and support. I would recommend this hotel.
