And as for the Breakfast if you came down for it later than 7.00 am you had to chase them as the Rep

We were asked if we would like clean towel's when we arrived then asked if the hotel could enter our room we said that would be OK .Then the staff member said if we left towels on the floor they would change them !But sadly They did not do this !! so we had to go down and ask for them every day !! in the end of our 3 day stay we had 6 Wet Bath towels and 6 hand towels on the floor as they never came it to our room to pick them up ! We even had to ask the staff for a toilet Roll !!!

Comfortable, clean and great location with pleasant staff

We didn’t have breakfast during our stay so unable to comment. The staff were very polite, the room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The only issue we had was that our room lock was broken so struggled every day to open and lock it. This was reported to reception twice but never got sorted before we departed. Because of this the room didn’t get cleaned for 2 of the days we requested as they didn’t leave a note or ring our room to say they were having problems accessing the room, thankfully we hadn’t made a mess in the room. We would however stay again as the hotel was in a great location near supermarkets and eateries.

The breakfast was full of tasty things. The room was comfortable and the location suitable for our needs.

There was probably a misunderstanding between Booking and the property - I don't know who was mostly responsible for it but I paid for the breakfast TWICE: on Booking first and then the property charged me for it. It took a quite long time before getting refunded and apparently Booking had to refund me. I insisted with the property, showing the receipt including the breakfast but they charged us anyway, which was not very nice.

Bien mais tarif Bien trop élevé pour nous que ce soit la chambre à 99€ sans climatisation, ou petit-déjeuner à 14€ également repas du soir étape 24€ sans une boisson.

Pas de chauffage dans la chambre malgré les 17° dans la chambre et 12° à k extérieur.

Le prix n’est pas en phase avec les prestations. Beaucoup de taches présente sur la moquette, personnels froid ! , une seule dosette de café ( c’est troublant)! La chasse des sanitaires ( défectueuse) il est nécessaire d’appuyer plusieurs fois afin que l’eau s’arrête de couler. Un café de piètre qualité à 2,20€ ! Les cafés valent 1,80€ max ! Je m’interroge sur les trois étoiles de cet établissement.

Je hais les cyclistes!

Ayant l'habitude de cet hôtel, j'apprécie habituellement le calme, le personnel agréable !

Lors de ce séjour, malheureusement il y avait les équipes de cyclistes qui discuter le tour de Bretagne ! Des personnes irrespectueuses, qui occupent l'hôtel comme s'ils étaient les"rois" Resultat: impossible dormir avant 23h30 et réveil 6h30, dû aux claquements dr portes incessants Séjour prévu 3 nuits, nous sommes partis au bout de la 2ème !
