Staff at reception were great. Very pleasant, welcoming, and helpful.
Restaurant food quality is not that great. The first waitress we were served by did not understand English. We had trouble convincing here she got our food order messed up.

Beautiful view amd very clean
At check-in we were told that late check out will cost 30 EUR and to check availability on the checkout day, but later they charged us 50 EUR. Very unprofessional.

Excellent location, close to everything you can walk to! Large room. Did not have breakfast or use the fitness so can´t rate. Clean rooms and nice bar in lobby.

Breakfast had plenty of choice but some days rather busy so had to wait until they had put more out
