Location, very close to main attractions. Mall is close walk next to the train station. Staff for day time was v good and helpful.
Rooms need to improve. Terrible mattress, uneven. Shower fittings not in good condition.

Great location, spacious and quiet room. And we could check in early which was particularly nice as we had come off a night train and needed to freshen up. We needed to leave the following day by train and the hotel is very close to the station.

The breakfast needs a considerable improvement. I went to eat somewhere else although I booked a room and a breakfast

It’s a good location, and breakfast was alright. Better than some places I’ve been
Rooms could have been cleaner for my preference. When I landed there was no one by the reception in the late morning so I had to come back.
