Would stay again despite my comments. The staff are friendly and helpful and it’s a very convenient place to stay.

Close proximity to relatives. Close to a supermarket and transport. Convenient place to stay.

Facilities are very basic. Could be improved by providing 2 comfy chairs if it is a 2 person occupancy- we only had 1. The kitchen facilities are very useful but would have been helpful to provide some washing up utensils.

Overall Good with Some Updates Needed

Good location - around the corner there is a Lidl to buy any groceries. walking distance to the tram stop. Overall not bad.

the kitchen looked a bit tired. The cupboard handles were grimly and the stop stove top took time to heat up. The fridge wasn’t cold enough but it was fine for one night. The kitchen had a few bowls, basic cutlery, a frying pan and a pot to use.

Great place

Surprised to find a kitchen and huge room. Nice location outside Mannheim center. Easy to walk from tram station 25 min from center. Lidl close by for shopping. Wifi good. Office space. Quiet rooms.

The receptionist was very rude when I wanted to consider another night. I just wanted a few minutes to think through my options and she got very shirty. For price range there are options with air conditioning in center. No AC in summer somewhat uncomfortable.

. All in All it does not worth the money; -The Facility needs an urgent renovation, -The staff was not friendly, I was expecting much more than what was offered from customers service, -The cleaning staff service was very minimal.

Der Fernseher war nicht angeschlossen. Das Bad war zwar sauber hat aber den Charme der 80er Jahre.

Großes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Freundliches Personal.

Keine Filzglider unter den Möbeln, sodass ständig Stühlerücken aus den angrenzenden Zimmern zu hören war, auch nachts. Garage kostet zehn Euro pro Nacht extra. Wenn die Waschmaschine im Waschraum lief, waren Vibrationen und Brummen im Zimmer gut wahrnehmbar.

Une zone un peu à l’écart donc vaut mieux être véhiculé ce qui était notre cas et ce qui n’a donc pas eu d’incidence sur notre séjour.

Naja

Check in problemlos, weil 24 Stunden möglich. Lage zu meinem Tagungsort (Zielstraße) in kurzer Distanz. Parkhaus im Tiefgeschoss. Sehr großes Zimmer...

... ABER: Alles (Mobiliar, Betten, Küchenzeile) ist schon sehr verwohnt. Die Möbel verkratzt, die Bettwäsche nicht nur fadenscheinig, sondern durchgewetzt, die Matratze durchgelegen und unbequem, die Küchenzeile unvollständig (1 Teller, 1 Brett), kein Handtuch fürs Geschirr. Kläglich alles 🥺 Hinzu kommt noch die Lage. Direkt an der Straße, offene Fenster waren fatal, geschlossen ging das Raumklima nach hinten los. Direkt vor meinem Fenster war der Megaschriftzug des Hotels und leuchtete die ganze Nacht. Schlaf zu bekommen war schwer. Ach und gleich zu Beginn war mein Bad geflutet und stand ca ½ cm unter Wasser. Der Drucker hing fest und musste nach jeder Benutzung gut justiert werden, damit es nicht wieder überlief. Der Zulauf war irgendwie getapet und das nicht gerade erst seit gestern. Die Dusche hatte auch lose Teile, die mir beim Abnehmen des Duschhahns entgegen purzelten. Ein Riesengebäude, aber alles andere, als in Schuss...

Sauber. Küche war fast leer. 1 Tasse, 1 kleiner Topf, 2 Messer sonst nichts. Heizungen waren aus und trotzdem heizte 1 permanent. Es war sehr warm im Zimmer.
