Somewhat disappointed as what was listed was not what was offered for the price that was paid. I don’t feel this was a g

No staff or amenities offered. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soaps. There was no coffee in the room or complementary, other than you had to purchase it from an automatic coffee machine for €2.20. Breakfast was OK but they do not replenish any breakfast items once it runs out. So you need to go down to eat breakfast early so they don’t run out of certain items. Breakfast time listed is from 7 to 10 o’clock however, if you are the last person and only person in the hotel, they close down the breakfast after you leave and do not leave it open till 10 o’clock like listed. Location was OK however, you require a car to go to the city of Salzburg.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated and rooms are comfortable and very nicely designed. Thr breakfast was delicious with anything you could want for breakfast. The hotel is on the outskirts of Salzburg yet conveniently near 2 bud lines with a quick ride to the old city, and train or airport. You can also walk (20 mins) to the Untesburg Cable car or by quick bus ride. Also highly recommend take a short 10 mins bud ride to a wonderful farm to table restaurant near by called Friesacher Einkher in Anif.

A peaceful, beautifully done-up stay with warm hospitality in the charming town of Grödig

A truly charming and beautiful property nestled in the lovely town of Grödig, just outside Salzburg. What we loved most was the peaceful, quiet setting — it felt like a little retreat away from the bustle, yet so close to everything. The entire place has been lovingly decorated by the family who owns it, and their warmth and care showed in every little detail throughout our stay. While air conditioning might be useful if you’re visiting during the peak of summer, we were there in mid-June and found the weather perfect — cool, pleasant, and ideal for relaxing. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made our stay feel special. Each one had its own little balcony or sit-out area — perfect for a quiet morning coffee or an evening unwind. The city is a quick 15 min bus ride away and the bus stop is just outside the property - making it extremely convenient. There is also ample parking at the property. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Salzburg.

Location was perfect, very close to the Centre, 15min drive. Great hospitality, fantastic breakfast, very,very friendly host and staff. Next time Im travelling to Salzburg on business, this is definitely the place to stay.

I loved my stay at Hotel Sallerhof, the rooms were large and the large balcony with the amazing view of mount Untersberg was just breathtaking.... The breakfast was very good with a great selection and we often sat outside on the terrace in the garden and enjoyed the sunshine. This hotel was exceptional in all ways and our room was spacious and the bed was super comfy! The friendly town of Grodig also had plenty of authentic restaurants and places to dine and the bus leaves from outside the hotel and is a short ride to Salzberg centre

The only things if I had to choose what was not to like was that the pillows were a little flat for my liking .. they were very good feather pillows but I like a firmer one but I got used to it and asked for another one.

Perfect!!

Beautiful hotel at the base of the Alps on the south end of Salzburg. Easy access to town via car or bus. Great accommodations and breakfast! Highly recommend. They even did our laundry.
