Reception is vis-a-vis of villa in a restaurant where you have breakfast or you can have lunch or dinner. Good food, good service! Very convenient for staying in villa

Clean rooms, good breakfast.
No reception or staff at the property. Reception was moved to another guesthouse across the street. Rooms poorly equipped. For hot water, utensils or anything else, one has to cross a busy street to go to another guesthouse. Poor or no communication with the staff.
