The room was small, but clean; the window was facing a nice, green, quiet backyard. The staff was nice and helpful. Good public transport connections, quiet neighborhood.
Sound proofing could be better. I could hear a person snooring next door.

The location is great. It's quiet, but it's also very close to the tram station. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the city center. Breakfast was just okay.
The staff was very serious, but not very friendly. Our room was on the top floor, and you could only reach it by stairs. The room was pretty small. The shower was extremely small. I am a small person, but I had a hard time taking a shower. The carpeted floor wasn't cleaned well. It had hairs on it that stuck to our feet.

The coffee was good.
Very smal room on the top floor. No air condition. The window of as impossilbe to open so in the night I couldn’t sleep at all!
