The location is great. It's quiet, but it's also very close to the tram station. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the city center. Breakfast was just okay.
The staff was very serious, but not very friendly. Our room was on the top floor, and you could only reach it by stairs. The room was pretty small. The shower was extremely small. I am a small person, but I had a hard time taking a shower. The carpeted floor wasn't cleaned well. It had hairs on it that stuck to our feet.

Very good location, close to the center of the city and to TUM, cool interior design and appearance - each room has printed big princess on the entrance door. The staf was very polite and helpfull.
It was not very clean, the shower had mold. Toilet needs promptly restoration. Evrything else was very nice.

The location is quite reachable from everywhere. The room is clean with a comfortable bed & pillows.

The coffee was good.
Very smal room on the top floor. No air condition. The window of as impossilbe to open so in the night I couldn’t sleep at all!
