Close to the train station Laim.
One of receptionist was very kind and helpful.
1. The room had no ventilation. The windows are old fashioned and cannot be opened by a tilt unlike most windows in Europe. They had to be opened completely but cannot be left open owing to security concerns. The ventilator that is installed does not work. We felt very suffocated at night.
2. The shower cabinet has sliding doors that only closed half and this led to water coming out thus wetting the whole bathroom.
3. No electric kettle in room which is a basic thing these days.
