Close to Munich central station. Decent shower, decent bed (bit soft)

Breakfast is okay but not fantastic

The staff is amazing , Information about the public transport disruption is written in the reception so we knew we have to anticipate. The room is standard, not a lot of amenities but I am not expecting much for hotel that does not cost arm and leg for a night. The essential thing is good, comfy bed, comfy pillow, and you can even ask for firmer or softer pillow depending on your preference. The bathroom is not cramped at all for 20m square room. The location although not central, but feel quite safe to travel to.

It is not the hotel fault but the Laim Bahnhof construction, means longer travel time to the city center. Furthermore The TV although it is a smart TV but does not have any app other than browser which is definitely bad design from the TV manufacturer. If you enjoy local channel, it is good enough but do not expect to do anything a smart TV would do.

This hotel is perfectly positioned for the station and only 10 minutes from the A8 by car. The staff are very friendly, make yo feel welcome and are extremely efficient.

The place was quite clean and the beds were confortable. The staff was super nice and the breakfast was also very good with quite some nice choices, smth not routine in Munich. The station of Laim was qutie close (despite it being under construction).

The rooms overall are not ergonomic at all. No wardrome - the hanging is done on the wall. No proper towel holder in the bathroom - the holding is done by a stump on the wall. No proper door for the bathroom - there is a biiig hole in the bathroom door where everybody can seen you poop - not funy at all. No place to put your soap/showe jel while showering - you've got the ground, that should be enough. I guess thats why the price is better than the hotels around...
