not the worst, but very basic

The location was a relatively short walk to the messe

no a/c and since it was warm, fairly noisy people out on the streets at night.

Lovely area of Frankfurt, went for a run around the neighborhood a few times. Comfortable bed, convenient desk space for working.

Having to rejoin the wifi through a web-redirect every day wasn't fun. But I suppose this is a normal process in hotels, so I can't really complain.

Great Coffee station for breakfasts. Convenient location to the Messe. Restaurants nearby. Located in a quiet street in the CBD.

Everything was fine. The room is very cozy and clean. The location is also super. There are many cafes, a square and 3 minutes from a public transport stop nearby.

Location

The room was hot. The Air Conditioner did nothing. The bathroom constantly smelled like cigarette smoke. The shower would fill up with water if your shower was more than a trickle. You couldn't actually wash your face in the sink without hitting your head and dripping water all over the floor. The desk lamp was a safety hazard.

Would recommend for comfortable stay in that area.

Excellent spacious room with comfortable bed. Reasonable location, walking to Messe and some interesting restaurants nearby.

No real facilities (e.g. lounge area), but very good for what it did provide.

no elevator, but in total four floors, so it’s fine; can hear the sound of fridge operating at night, but doesn’t really bother me

Great short stay, perfect if you are planning of having a short visit.

The place is nice, and not too far from the train station (around 10 minutes by foot but tram and bus are also available closer). The staff was also very friendly and in the morning free croissant and coffe were present at the reception (very nice plus). The rooms are what i would expect for what i paid, the price is competitive.

Everything was good but if i have to say something, probably just that the bathroom was a bit too small and no charger were present very close to the beds but again i wouldn't consider them a real issue. Also the hotel is not in the center so it might take a bit to reach the center (around 20 min) and I'm not sure how well connected is during night, might be worth double checking if you are planning on staying out until late.

Thank you so much. The room itself was safe, comfortable, clean and so nice. It was great to have a private bathroom inside the room. The staff is very friendly. In the nearest distance there are a lot of supermarkets and cafes. One more thing this is the location and a wonderful transport system in Frankfurt - one can easily get to any place fast via tube, tram and other transport.

location is great in terms of accessibility.. train and tram stops are nearby, room was clean, bed was comfortable, WiFi worked great. Good value for money for a solo traveller considering i visited during the heimtex exhibition when all prices are super high..

Served purpose of my stay with pleasant surprise of guests’ kitchen and snacks drinks provided

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. There is a small kitchen for guests to use. Also they provide snacks and tea and coffee at all times. En-suite bathroom is modern and clean.

Window opens on to a storage area, so no fresh air access nor natural light, therefore the room was extremely humid and stuffy.
