Verey very bad. Is unhealthy!!

Nothing. This was my worse stay ever

Evwrything. Never saw such a dirty and unhealthy place. Reception was bad. All i asked from them nothing happend. Dont go there guys. Ina mess. Yes go if you want to see spider webs in your room, grey towels which were white sometime. And be happy if you get those towels. Called reception, of course they are no there, and asked me to wait till the day after. Really bad.

I would recommend it only for a short time .

It was close to the Airport and the Staduim, also located in a very nice and safe area I did have a problem with my Luggage and the Lock was broken however they were able to fix it for me .

I had no proper water pressure in the Bath Room and the Shower it was very low and I battled to use the washing basin. The Shower door is broken and full of Moad and the Shower Handles are broken . There is no Breakfast even though it stated on the Website so I booked and didn't have breakfast however I was refunded but it's false advertising

The property was very spacious and clean.

My toilet broke after one use and the shower only had boiling hot water as a setting nothing else. There wasn’t really any assistance with trying to reach out to anyone on the staff to look at the problems.

I loved the way staff treated me and were very friendly.

There is no ventilation at all in the room. I think there is air conditioning (which is poorly working) unfortunately it is connected to light switch and I had to sleep with lights on if I needed some air

room is clean and you find shower jell and shampoo. i was in a private room with my own shower location is close to the tourists areas. No service surly i wish they had a phone in the room if you needed anything because you cant always find the staff at the desk. there is no elevator for rooms on last floor and the stairs are high. so if someone old would not be good

WIFI was ok. Hotel is near Messe Frankfurt so you can get there by foot, it takes approximately 15 minutes.

There is no elevator in this hotel, so we (all ladies) were forced to take our heavy luggage to upper floors by ourselves. There were no hangers and shelfs in our bathroom, so no place to put our cosmetic bags, clothes, even towels etc. There is nobody at the reception during the day, so you have to wait for a long time in case you need something. I do not know why, but there was only one big towel for each of us (me and my colleague), so no hand/face towels were given. I clearly understand, that it is a budget hotel, but I do not think that price and quality proportion is ok in this case (3 stars). I would change a TV (which was in the room) to a pair of hangers and shelfs in the bathroom, teapot and some cups.

Pleasant

Location is great for its closeness to Messe Frankfurt fair and transportation network. Breakfast was quite solid. The staff was quite friendly and helpful whenever help was needed.

Wifi was very poor, sometimes it didn't even work.

The location is around 15-20 minutes walk to the Franfurt Messe Tor West.

I booked a room at Trip Inn hotel at Frankenallee street and it was closed, about which I was not informed ahead. I was told to go to the Goethe Business Hotel Frankfurt at Schmidtstrasse (aroun 15 minutes walk) which also belongs to the Trip Inn network and I got a room there. On the other hand, Goethe hotel was closer to the Messe so I eventually it was more comfortable.

Bad

When arrived at the entrance of the hotel, the guy at the "distant hotel bell" told us that due to technical issues, the booking is cancelled. They didn't advise us about that. We told them that we have already paid through booking the reservation but they insisted. Then, they refused to talk with us anymore. We decided to call by phone and we shouted and finally, they acccepted to give us another booking in another hotel.

Unfortunately, Wheb i reach the hotel, i found it closed and by calling the reception, they drive me to the new location with very vad room and wasn't as i reserved in the picture After fighting with the reception, the gave me another room , more comfortable but still disappointed

Good for simple goodnight sleep.

Staff was very helpful, we booked 1 room with 2 beds, instead they gave us 2 private rooms, wich was even better. Location is also good, railway station is near. There is supermarket, different restaurants,fast food places and bars around.

When we arrived to frankfurt, we walked several kilometers to wrong Trip Inn budget hotel (via google maps). There are several Trip Inn Budget hotels in frankfurt! Pay attention to address! This is our own fault offcourse, but maybe should state this info somewhere.

Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis mit guten Betten welches ich immer wieder gerne in Anspruch nehme

Bin dort öfter. Es ist ein einfaches Hotel aber die Betten lassen sich phänomenal gut schlafen. Die Decken und die Kopfkissen sind für mich ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Nicht diese harten Ekelkissen, sondern qualitativ hochwertige Kopfkissen. Das Personal ist sehr Bodenständig und stets bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Lage ist zudem auch absolut unschlagbar. gute Spots zum Essen, sowie ein Rewe der bis Spät offen hat sind immer wieder ein guter Pluspunkt. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist mega. Man sollte kein Steigenberger erwarten aber wer eine gutbürgerliche Unterkunft mit guter Sauberkeit und echt bequemen Schlafgelegenheiten sucht, welche zudem noch bezahlbar ist, ist hier IMMER an der richtigen Stelle.

In manchen Zimmern ist der Wasserdruck im Waschbecken etwas lasch, Dusche ist aber immer gut genug und schön heiß

Für ein zwei Nächte ist die Unterkunft ok, wenn man keinen zu hohen Anspruch hat.

Es war leicht zu finden. Man hatte Parkplätze in der Umgebung und war recht zentral. Das Personal war freundlich.

Ich habe im Schrank Sexspielzeug gefunden. Was ich etwas eklig fand und davon ausgehen kann dass nicht ordentlich sauber gemacht wurde. In den Wänden waren zwei große Löcher wo Kabel durchlief. Es war sehr hellhörig zu den anderen Zimmern. Gardine zerrissen

Wir konnten gut schlafen und frühstücken. Der einzige Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich.

Das Zimmer wird wohl nur selten gereinigt und riecht nach Rauch.
