Have stayed there about 3 times now, and would stay there again.

They do good breakfast. On the one day I had to leave before the breakfast service started, they asked me what I would want and they put the food, coffee maker (filled and ready to go) in the room the night before.

They have parking under the building, but it is difficult to get into and out of. Cars have to be parked on a "lift" so that you may return to find your car lifted to the ceiling. Not fun. On the other hand, having ANY parking on site in this old section of town is a plus.

Great staff, location and value for money

We had a great stay! The staff were very friendly and responsive throughout our visit. The location is convenient — just a short walk from the city center, with several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We stayed in a spacious two-level family room, which was comfortable and well-suited for our needs.

Great hotel in a convenient location for the price.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, and an excellent breakfast. Also, the hotel was within walking distance to the Altstadt Markt area and scenery. We were also very close to the river and nearby parks. Parking was available in the basement of the hotel but it was a bit tight and it was warm in the rooms due to the heatwave and no A/C. We opened the window to let the room vent but people were having conversations outside until late at night but we managed to get enough rest. We loved Esslingen, it was a beautiful city with friendly people and great food.

The tight parking in the basement and lack of A/C to better control the room temperature without opening the window which allowed outside noises to interupt our sleep.

There was a heatwave in the region and my room didn’t have AC, like most German homes and hotels. AC would have been nice, or, at least, supplying portable fans.

My sheets were a bit patchy with different colours. Definitely no frills option but fine for a business stay.

Great stay!

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious and on the first day (we arrived in the evening) we also ate dinner in the Raffaelo restaurant in the hotel, which was also great. The hotel is a short stroll from the center of the town.

Nice stay in Esslingen

Clean, big room. Lots of windows. Good breakfast. Great location in easy walking distance of the Esslingen old town and to public transit to Stuttgart and the Stuttgart airport as well. Would recommend.

Not a huge deal, but we did a late check-in and found it a little confusing how to get in because while there are many signs telling you to go in through the restaurant entrance, that entrance is somewhat easy to miss the first time (despite being right next to the hotel one!).

Love the car garage!

Great location - 10 minute walk into city center to enjoy the Christmas markets. Room was comfortable, except the small pillows! Breakfast was a nice spread with plenty of choices! But the best part of our stay was parking in their garage with the car elevators!!

Need to put larger pillows on the beds or at least 2 of the ones that were available!

..as the weather was really hot, it was really hot also in the room and there isn't any air-conditioning in the room...even with the open window all the time, it was no air and hard to breathe.

Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und unser 3-Bett-Zimmer sehr gut aufgeteilt (301). Das Frühstück ist kleiner gehalten aber "oho" wie man so schön sagt. Es hat uns an nichts wirklich gemangelt.

Das Parken im Parkhaus mit zwei Autos nebeneinander beim Aussteigen sehr eng. Das Bestellen von Kaffee oder Getränken beim Frühstück nimmt Zeit für Personal in Anspruch, welches es aus unserer Sicht zu der Zeit anders braucht und wir daher weniger bekommen/bestellt haben.
