Very comfortable.

The bed was super comfortable. Room is big. There was a problem with a bathroom door u had to push it hard to be able to lock it. Key card sometimes took a while as well to open the door to your room. Breakfast was amazing and evening meal delicious too. Overall great hotel.

Ein wenig ungünstig ist, dass man genau auf Höhe einer Handy-Abstrahlantenne in ca. 200m Entfernung ist…da kann aber das Hotel nix für..

im Zimmer hat es kein Wasser, in der Minibar, auch das Hotel kein Zimmerservice gehabt aber das Personal war sehr nett und hat uns trotzdem Wasser ins Zimmer gebracht

Alles sehr schön und sauber, das Personal war auch sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, super Frühstück, Preisleistung perfekt, auch der Wellness Bereich kann sich sehen lassen. Alles im Preis inbegriffen, super.

Die Kopfkissen waren eine Katastrophe, am besten bringt man selber eine mit. Wir haben die Dekokissen umfunktioniert!

Super Bett mit Topper, traumhafter Schlaf. Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Top Preis für diese Qualität an Zimmer unglaublich nettes Personal. Egal ob am Empfang, im Restaurant, morgens beim Frühstück oder die Dame der Raumpflege, alle sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht es einem gut gehen zu lassen

Die Lage, die Parkmöglichkeit, die Ausstattung, das Personal, Frühstücksbuffet, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis … alles war sehr gut, besser als in manch anderen Leonardo Hotels (Köln, Hamburg) Wir kommen garantiert noch öfter😉

Es dürfte noch etwas mehr auf die Umwelt geachtet werden, es wurden immer die Handtücher erneuert, obwohl sie nicht auf dem Boden lagen. Das absagen des Zimmerservices klappt auch nicht immer, das WLAN funktioniert nicht immer. Die Angebotsbreite beim Frühstücksbuffet ist herausragend, besser geht es kaum, hier ein großes Lob. Jedoch hat man den Eindruck die Mengen der einzelnen Lebensmittel sind nicht den manchmal wenigen Besuchern angepasst. D. h. es bleibt zu viel übrig und muss dann weggeworfen werden, kann man das nicht anders regeln?

Preis-Leistung fair

Das Zimmer war geräumig und gemütlich. Das Bett bequem. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer, das kostenfreie Sprudelwasser und der Kaffee ein Bonus. Die Dusche hatte guten Wasserdruck und es war sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine gute Auswahl. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentrumsnah. 5min Fußweg zur nächsten (empfehlenswerten) Pizzeria und 10min. bis in den Kern der Altstadt oder zur Esslinger Burg. Sauna wurde sehr heiß und es gibt eine schöne Terrasse mit Ausblick.

Der Föhn ist nicht für lange Haare geeignet. Die vorhandenen Saunen sind nett, aber liegen direkt gegenüber vom Fitnessraum. Es sind keine zwei getrennten Bereiche. Es gibt keine Umkleide, nur eine Toilette. Die Handtücher für die Sauna hätten größer sein können, da man sich beim Rausgehen aufgrund der offenen Räume ja direkt bedecken muss und das war nur ganz knapp möglich. Am besten selbst mit Badeschuhen, Bademantel und Handtuch versorgen.

Perfekt für die Durchreise

Sehr nettes Personal, schönes Zimmer, sauberes Zimmer, ruhig trotz zentraler Lage. Unser Hund war auch herzlich willkommen und hat sich wohlgefühlt.

Auf Grund einer Veranstaltung im benachbarten Veranstaltungsort, waren leider alle Parkplätze belegt im Parkhaus. Wir konnten aber kurz vor dem Hotel halten und haben später in der direkten Nachbarschaft geparkt. Nach der Veranstaltung waren aber wieder viele Parkplätze frei im Parkhaus.

В целом неплохо, но с персоналом, отвечающим за уборку, нужно провести разъяснительную работу.

1. Возможность оплатить на месте по приезду. 2. Тихая атмосфера в гостинице и в районе города вокруг нее. 3. Просторный холл для пребывания всей семьей (например, при ожидании нужного городского автобуса или трансфера).

1. Банные полотенца в нашем номере на 3 человека (на 1. этаже), которые я снял для супруги и двух дочерей (я с сыном ночевал в другом номере) были не достаточно чисты даже для самой недорогой гостиницы. Но что хуже всего, так это то, что когда я спустился на рецепцию с этими полотенцами, чтобы поставить во внимание персоналу, сотрудница только удивилась, сказала, что поменяет полотенца, но никаких извинений за причиненные неудобства я так и не услышал за все время пребывания в гостинице. 2. В нашем другом номере на 4. этаже между тремя колбами черного светильника в углу комнаты была паутина, что, в принципе, не должно быть в гостиницах такого уровня и за такую цену. 3. В этом же номере на 4. этаже на оконном тюле было пятно - такое, будто кто-то ел шоколад, а потом вытер занавеской свой рот.
