Great price, nice hotel, would stay again.

The lobby was lovely and welcome. A great place to hangout with friends. The room was well designed with everything that you needed. Staff were extremely helpful and kind.

The location was a little farther outside of town that I had hoped but its a lovely walk. The breakfast was always busy and not always stocked up. You have to use your key card for the lift, this wasn't very clear on arrival.

Me and my partner always have problem with pillows, I like slim one, he likes bigger pillows. This is firs hotel in long time that offered both and we really enjoyed our stay. Shower and bath big.

We were missing a fridge in the room. Would be nicer if that was available.

Not enough staff on in the evening. Staff were checking in visitors and trying to serve at the busy bar,so it took a long time to get served.

The stay reminded me of peeling an onion: the location was quiet but uninspiring, but then the young, friendly staff made it better, the beds ensured a great night's sleep..but above all the breakfast!! 5 stars! Superb variety and bio quality. It all just kept getting better.

A one-time stay at the Niu Timber

The hotel is quite new and quiet. The location is accessible by public transport and a 10-minute walk. The matress was comfortable. The breakfast is okay, albeit expensive for what they provide.

The bathroom in a superior room doesn't have a shower cabin (the pictures on Booking are misleading here), so the bathroom gets soaking wet however careful you shower. The hotel doesn't have any flat pillows. Even upon asking, the staff told me they weren't available. So if you need one, I suggest you bring your own. In comparison to the niu loco in Munich, the niu timber is pretty average.

At check in time, stuff member agree to not charge for my trailer parking place, only for car. At checkout, they denied such conversation and try to charge me full amount. Anyway, you pay for a parking spot, but the place is not guaranteed.

Wonderful comfortable stay in charming Esslingen

Friendly receptionist and great bar tender. Receptionist also provided some helpful instructions and guidance. Hotel is in walking distance from the old town. Parking space at reasonable cost. Comfortable room and bed. Functioning wifi. Great breakfast.

there is no phone in the room to even call yhe house keeping . there is no iron , there is no closet for clothes !! and the room is soo small . there is no even water !! the stuff is rude and they opened the door twice without knocking .

Where I Will Stay whenever Visiting Esslingen

This is the first time I've stayed at a Niu Hotel and would definitely stay in another. The room was comfortable and clean, and while not especially big, it was well layed-out and attractive. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful.
