Easy to arrive. Very quiet

Location was great , as we were on a business trip. Rooms were very spacious and clean , but VERY hot , no air con and no fans . Reception staff were very good , very welcoming and happy to help
No air con nor fans in the room while temperatures were +30 degrees. Room over looked a carpark , which was very noisey in the early hours of the morning.
The pool was closed - no mention of this when we booked and the restaurant was closed for evening meals , again we were told of the prior to our arrival.
This was very disappointing as we were travelling with work - after 13hr at an event we really didn't want to have to find somewhere to eat.

Good location. The bathroom and the furniture in the room were in good condition and modern. The room was a good value.
The room was a little dusty with some cobwebs on the ceiling.

The restaurant was a very nice surprise and exceeded expectations.
Staff were very friendly.
Parking is extremely inconvenient. Above grade parking is very small and the walk from the basement up 2 flights of stairs with no possibility for an elevator makes logistics with luggage a challenge.
Rooms are outdated.
