Radisson Blu Media Harbour Hotel, Düsseldorf

Room was very clean, windows could open, airco functioned well. Breakfast was very good.

Lovely breakfast and an exceptional team. A special thank you to Sofia on reception and Simon at the bar, who both represent the hotel brilliantly and give the place such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I had a change of plans during my stay, and the staff in the office also couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating in allowing me to change my dates. Perfect location when working at Rhein Studios too. Great restaurants nearby too This is without doubt my favourite affordable hotel in Düsseldorf, and I’ve stayed in many. It offers style, class, a fantastic breakfast in a newly renovated lounge style space with plenty of choice, and genuinely outstanding service. I do have another favourite hotel in the city, but it’s far more expensive and reserved for special occasions. For excellent value, comfort and hospitality, this Radisson is hard to beat.

- Most staff were kind an helpful - Location was central, with easy access to down town - Daily room service was good. They made the rooms quite clean and tidy.

- The hotel parking was full in the first day of our stay. It was difficult to find a parking place nearby. - An uncaring response from the receptionist upon our arrival, where we were told no parking slot is available at the premises. We got a cold response that there is no parking available and there is nothing they could do about it. - Overpriced breakfast
