One of the better hotels in this range. Maybe the best. breakfast excellent. Friendly staff. Small room but incredibly comfortable, excellent bed. Great experience

Too small fridge in the room

Good location in Oberkassel. New hotel with funky design. Comfortable bed. Good gym.

There are a couple of negatives to mention. The front desk staff were not unfriendly, but let's call it neutral, ie not very cheerful. Also, they did not greet guest walking by the front desk. There are stairs from each floor, however the stairs strangely don't have an door to the lobby floor, but only a door to the outside. Very strange. The breakfast is served between two bar counters which are much too close to oneanother, which causes a negative experience. Finally: there are light sensors in the corridors, but the lights go on late, and you have a feeling of walking into the dark. This should be easy to fix by adjusting the sensitivity of the sensors.

That te worker’s couldnt handle me being autistic I did not ask to have that , it is already hard to ask questions or move places for me . A turkish girl going to her college saying if she is botering you let me know she was also yeling at us.. Im turkish too you know.. Autism not fun to have. I only complained about my bed matrass being weird in my room. And asking question and I always talk fast high pitch when i am scared and panicking. I schould not have been explaining myself but sadly i need to. I did not feel heard at all.
