    It was my first time and wouldn’t be the last. The hotel facilities are very nice and the room was extremely perfect. Staff very helpful and friendly

    I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. On a positive note, the reception staff were professional and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the rest of the stay did not meet expectations. The biggest issue was the complete lack of sound insulation. The room was extremely noisy, and you could literally hear everything happening on the street as if the windows were open. This made it difficult to relax at any time. At night, there was a persistent drilling-like noise coming through the ventilation system. It was loud enough to prevent us from sleeping. We reported the issue, but the staff were unable to identify or resolve the source of the noise. Additionally, the windows were poorly covered. The curtains only covered about 50% of the window, allowing a significant amount of light to enter the room early in the morning. This made it impossible to get proper rest. Overall, despite the good reception service, the noise issues and inadequate window coverage made the stay very uncomfortable, and I would not recommend this hotel.

    Everything was well taken care of. Nice room, kitchen counter inside the room, complimentary water and drinks, heated floor in the bathroom for winter, superb location, lovely interiors, gym are just a few. The seating beside the fireplace is super. Breakfast had a lovely spread. The warmth and promptness of the team at the front desk and the restaurant was the highlight of the stay. The hotel is walking distance from most good places and is in a superb location. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Dusseldorf. Absolute value for money

    It was a nice only the breakfast was a dissapointing, what ever is finish they hardly replanise some items they do some they dont , when you have a late breakfast than sorry lot of items will be gone thats a problem. and items spread is limited
