Very friendly staff. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. I loved the view on the river! The pool was an extra bonus. I will come back!

Nice helpful staff who checked us in. Forgot name but he was working front desk on 5th April PM. Location close to Dusseldorf centre and by the river. Close to highway. Clean rooms. Staff left easter bunny chocolates for all rooms during Easter Sunday which was nice gesture. Enjoyed the use of the sauna although it was small size compared to hotel capacity. It wasn’t the best but we still loved our stay.
One of the rooms we booked and paid for was a premium room for 3 people. I did message beforehand to remind them of the 3rd person staying in room. An extra single foldable bed was provided which was ok, not really that comforable. The glasses and mugs in room were only for 2 people but we just shared so no big deal. Overall stay was still good.

There are a wide variety of choices for breakfast, but it's exactly the same for our 3 consecutive nights.
As we stayed during the Easter holiday, there was a surprise to my daughter (a chocolate rabbit) placed in front of our room door when we went out.
There were some hairs around the corner in the bathroom and inside the room, but it's acceptable.

The bedroom and the bed is good. The bath and the bathroom is clean.
The sauna was not open in the morning. They changed this. Last time I went here I went to the sauna in the morning because I arrived late.
Now the sauna was cold and they did not turn it on. I paid a lot of money for this hotel but a simple thing can really change your mood. It was really disappointing.
