The staff were very accommodating and made me and my friends feel very welcome.

Nothing in particular stands out in terms of dislike

Location is great! Near the KaDeWe and the U-Bahn station, with lots of restaurants, bars, Dönerbude nearby. Parking was possible right in front of the hotel (usual fee for street parking). The lady at the reception offered to cool our beverages before the concert as we did not have a fridge in our room

We happend to be there on a 42C+ degrees weekend and the room was very hot. The fans provided did not help much. But this should not happen often in Berlin..

Fantastic location, great price, helpful staff & comfortable

The elevator only stopped halfway up the stairs which made its function pretty much redundant.

Safestay Berlin Kurfürstendamm is in a great location with easy accessibility to public transport, shopping and dining options. The room (4 single beds) was large.

There are 2 flights of stairs before the lift is available and the lift only services every second floor. The mattresses are like a camping mattress (about 2” thick) so not particularly comfortable. The bathroom was very small and would be better described as an ensuite bathroom. The two cooling fans provided are inadequate on a hot day as the room was large! They are currently renovating so beware of noise (we fortunately did not encounter any issues as it was the weekend). Cables and electrical wires hanging from roof and warning signs in hallways. If you dont like noise suggest you dont stay here there is traffic noise into the early hours of the morning. Daily housekeeping didn’t occur however we did manage to get extra towels.
