Great location. Great value for money. Great stuff. Only 2 hours between check in and check out (in many hotels nowadays it’s up to 5 hours: like check 16:00, check out 11:00, crazy). Breakfast included!!! Free tea or coffee 24/7! Cleaning every day! Love this place

Nothing comes to my mind

The size and design of the room (bathroom, small working table, wardrobe etc.) were very convenient for a couple. The balcony next to the dining room is a wonderful opportunity for smokers. The room was cleaned each day and the sheets and pillows were changed with the clean ones every three days. The location is perfect, in one of the central locations of Berlin across the famous KaDeWe mall, almost next to the underground and bus stations, which makes it super easy to get to any place in Berlin. The breakfast was also good, delicious and rich in healthy food options such as tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, boiled eggs and fruity yoghurts each morning.

Although it is not much of a big deal, it would have been better is there was a lift to carry the baggages at least at check-in and check-out, as the hotel is on the second floor of the building. Again it is still not a big deal; but for a few days the water tank in the dining room was empty; however, when you ask the staff they provide you bottled mineral water in the dining room.

The breakfast is great. The staff are lovely and the hotel is very clean. Great location.

The shower room was slow to drain.

Good location (proximity to public transport). Helpful staff, perfectly friendly. Breakfast usual German fair - bread rolls, cheese, cold meats, yoghurts. They did let us store our luggage on our check out day which was very helpful.

I would say this place was sort of between a Travelodge and Premier Inn in terms of quality. They do not change your towels every day (fine) and say they do it on the third day - this did not happen in our room - and there is no cleaning during your stay. The quality of the towels was very poor - I don't mind using a towel for 5 days but mine was the quality of a bad tea towel. For the price (admittedly low) I would still expect a little more. Unfortunately, despite it being a good location, there is a lot of noise right outside from 6:30am pretty much every day. There is a local market 3 times a week which begins set up at this time. As there is no AC, you have to have the windows open so get woken up every day by this noise. The fan in our room only worked on 1 setting.
