Overall, everything considered, the stay was good

The breakfast was very good; however, on the last morning there was no lemon available for the tea.

The room cleaning is rather superficial; for example, the shower bathtub is not properly cleaned.

loud music blaring into the night from the bar that could be heard in bedroom on 2nd floor). When I complained Staff did not seem to care much (no apology, seems surprised I cared), but did move me to a quieter smaller room than I had paid for and did not offer a partial refund. (when about to leave next day they did offer a free breakfast - which is useless when you are leaving!)

Not recommended for large conferences

The room was confortable. The option to have day light in the conference room was not used. There is no space to be outside during breaks. Common areas are small.

The WLAN didn't work, allthouhg it is supposed to be a "conference" hotel. Logistics for the meetings and work didn't work well.

Very good business hotel in a not so great neighborhood

Clean and comfortable business hotel, clean and comfortable rooms. Comfy armchair in the room with footrest, nice bonus. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Wifi is stable and fast! The gym is small but very nice - has everything you need for your basic workout. Parking garage available for a charge, clean and safe. Maximum height is enough for SUVs, if you have something bigger, check with the hotel first. Can recommend if you stay for business or other meetings.

Not the hotel's fault - but the neighborhood is sketchy. Don't come here for recreation.

Very comfortable room, good bed, good wifi, excellent shower.

I stay in this hotel regularly because it's conveniently located for my business meetings. I only very rarely get a smile from staff at reception. They're professional and not exactly grumpy but not interested in welcoming guests or helping out with simple requests (such as settling bill in the evening when one has an early start). It really puts me off. Same at breakfast and in the bar, same when you call the reservation team on the phone. No room service.
