Staff is truly amazing, right up to 5 star level. The restaurant is exactly, what you would wish for at a place like this. This hotel would deserve a 5 star rating, if they had the pool/ wellness needed for this. Super well maintained rooms and fascinating hospitality

Amazing staff in reception. Really helpful and nice.

The staff at the reception were amazing. Truly focused on customer service. Really really nice and welcoming. Their coffee latte is delicious.

The rooms are clean. However, the cleaning of the room is basic. Some more thorough cleaning is needed before, during and after stays. I used the round table one of the nights and the cleaning lady missed to clean it the next day.

noisy internally

staff are decent

the rooms are not sound proof, i could hear the lift everytime someone moves up or down, or knocks on a door or is walking in the aisle, if you are light sleeper then you will wale up plenty of times at night, lift is not working on the weekend incase you arrive with baggage, also you can hear the sounds outside the hotel, and nothing lich to do in the area

Everything was just perfect. This was a truly amazing experience. Warm German hospitality combined with great German cuisine. I would definitely return there and recommend it to all travellers.

Un peu déçu du petit déjeuner. Pour 18€, nous nous attendions à mieux. Surprise que les serviettes ne soit pas changés dans l’appartement alors que notre séjour était de 6 jours. Pas très hygiénique. Demander 30€ pour changer des draps alors que nous avons louer 4 chambres pour 6 jours, je ne trouve pas que cela est très commerçants.

Das Hotel liegt relativ ruhig. Parkplatz 50m vom Hotel Personal sehr freundlich

Mein Zimmer im ersten Stock lag über dem Nachteingang, der mit einem elektronische Schloss öffnet. Jeder Gast, der den benutzt, ist hier zu hören. Das ist störend Im Zimmer waren keine Handtücher. Musste die extra holen, aber dank freundlichem Personal kein Problem. Auch wenn die Handtücher etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind Restaurant hätte ich gerne probiert, wurde aber leider nicht bedient.

Un hôtel confortable, mais qui a supprimé l'échange humain avec son équipe.

Chambre très grande, confortable, très propre. Lit très confortable, choix d'oreillers. Salle de bain grande et bien équipée.

Nous n'avons vu personne, il n'y a pas de réception "en personne", tout se fait via une machine à l'extérieur de l'hôtel. La procédure se passe facilement, mais il est dérangeant et triste de ne voir aucun membre du personnel, de n'avoir personne à qui poser ses questions. Même chose lors de notre départ.

Übernachtung mit Zimmer Upgrade

Draußen 36 Grad und dann gleich ein Upgrade auf ein klimatisiertes Zimmer! Super, vielen Dank noch einmal dafür. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, mit allem, was es am Morgen braucht. Im Restaurant mit begrüntem Innenhof bekommt man sehr leckere, auch regionale, Gerichte serviert.

Voor wat wij moesten doen was het goed.

Matig ontbijt, voor die prijs mag je wel wat meer verwachten.

Er staat vermeld dat er airco aanwezig is, een blower is volgens mij GEEN AIRCO!!! De bar was niet altijd open alleen tijdens het diner, de buitentuin is alleen geopend op vrijdag en zaterdag.
