Just a Dream! Book without hesitation.

Pretty much everything. The hotel was a big surprise in plus. It does not look much from the outside but inside it welcomes you with warmth and everything is possible attitude. The spacious room was warm and comfortable although the temperature outside was close to minus 10. Great staff and facilities. Lovely restaurant providing tasty food and drinks at very good value - you have to try it. Professional and thorough waiting staff and chef who had no problem with altering our order slightly. We were not aware of the pool which many guests seemed to enjoy. Overall great hotel that will be our regular stop over.

If you have guests for a single night not having checked out maybe not barge into the room at 9 am. It was a late night and we were trying to catch up on sleep. Poor coordination not to check if we have checked out yet.

Horrible, avoid it at all cost

Avoid this hotel – rude staff, zero service, and an absolute nightmare Our stay at Soaltee Frankfurt Messe was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The staff showed no hospitality at all – rude at both reception and breakfast. Imagine having breakfast while the staff vacuum around you… totally unacceptable. The biggest shock came at checkout. I had explicitly asked about the checkout time and received an email confirming 3 pm. Yet at noon, the staff actually called the police to throw us out. Thankfully, the police themselves acknowledged our reservation and refused to evict us, but the embarrassment was unbelievable. Other issues piled up: • No corkscrew available when requested. • The sauna only opens at 5:30 pm – despite us booking the hotel for a relaxing Sunday morning with wellness. In reality, no wellness facilities were available at all until the evening. • Staff smoking at the entrance the entire day. • A blocked toilet that was never resolved, even after we requested help. This hotel has no sense of service, no respect for its guests, and no standards for hospitality. Truly a nightmare stay – we will never return and strongly advise others to avoid it.

Worth the money

Excellent breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was amazing and also very clean. It's worth the money.

As we speak English, the receptionist gave us sharp answers. We wanted to have a walk around the area and we didn't get any information about it. On the other hand, the restaurant staff was super friendly, and the dinner was delicious. A good stay overall.

The spa was closed when we arrived half an hour before. If they would have been open for half an hour longer, but the computer didn't allow that. That was too bad.

Stayed for 2 months

We really liked a bed, was super comfprtable . Sauna is with amazing view. Had a small dog with us and cleaning staff got so used to it that we didnt need to take her out while they cleaning. Reception was friendly, always helped with everyghing . Breakfast is good . A park beside so morning walks were amazing.

The fact that there is no fridge in the room , yes we stayed longer so that was a big factor but even if you stay for a short time its still important to cool down your drinks . Aircon didnt really worked properly .

Concert with my nieces and the hotel rounded off a super enjoyable trip

Super nice rooms. Very very friendly and helpful staff. Great view from the sauna. Vending machines available. Was close to the S Bahn station. We visited a concert at the stadium and easy to get there and back. 👍👍

Short visit to Frankfurt

Great location outside the so-called "low emission zone", close to highway, private parking with surveillance, good public transport to the center of the city, nice large room(s), good internet speed, toiletries, comfortable beds, safety deposit box, very clean.

No fridge in the room; a bit expensive but it is close to Frankfurt Messe so the price follows the location.

Lovely room.

Access to the hotel spa is included in the price of the room. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean.

The carpet in the room could use a bit of deep cleaning as it has some nasty stains.

Very good

Had a very late check in though to my flight being canceled at the last minute. They were very accomodating and got me a quiet room. The room was very large(larger than any of the rooms I stayed during my month of traveling before) and also very clean.

No central lamp on the ceiling, so when I wanted to brighten the room a bit to look into some stuff I wasn't really able to.
