Very convenient hotel for those needing to stay close to the airport. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. A big plus is the 24-hour check-in, which is really helpful for late arrivals or early departures. The restaurant serves good quality food at reasonable prices.

The only downside was the restaurant staff, who were a bit rude, which slightly affected an otherwise pleasant stay.

Great, easy place to stay when needing an overnight stop for flights

great location for us as we were overnighting prior to a morning departure. We had interconnecting rooms that were comfortable and allowed us as parents to have a bit of space while knowing our 14 and 11 year olds were safe.

Unfortunately the climate control of the room was centrally turned off for the middle of the night, making sleeping quite difficult despite the comfortable bed and spacious room. We also were surprised by options for dining in the restaurant - being in Germany near the airport, we expected to have local styled food that showcased the area - but had to settle for pizza...quite disappointing. Breakfast however was quite good, with a good selection and excellent coffee, teas, and juices....

it was close to the airport and super easy to navigate, plus my window out looked to the airport. the gentleman at the bar was fantastic. front desk staff was great too!

the evening dinner staff was so extremely rude, the rooms were not as clean as I had expected lots of dust in bathroom and mold in the kettle.

Clean room, nice bathroom.

It took us 30 minutes to check-in for no reason at all, without being told why and it was really late in the night. The reception staff was not helpful. Very expensive parking (24 euros per night).

the airport shuttle was very efficient. ease of access to the airport was my main reason for choosing the Innercity

Parking was available but cost me 25€ for the night. Parking should be free for guests. Great place to stay before a flight or after landing, however there is not much around otherwise.

Old kind of dusty hotel, hard to reach, no parking, arrogant and unfriendly staff

The rooms/bathroom were quite clean, kind of unexpected when compared to the surroundings

-The hotel doesn’t have its own parking grounds! travellers take care! we were told to leave our car aprox. 600m away under a bridge beside the street because the public parking actually belongs to the airport and was full. Having to walk in the rain at night after a long drive was definitely more than frustrating -Also very unfriendly staff at the reception that corrected my german with arrogance, showing absolutely no understanding for the situation -bad location, hard to find via navigation system -smelly and dusty carpeting everywhere in the hotel -old building, renovated a long time ago -no dinner options, only 2 vending machines with snacks

The room

The customer service was horrible. They had a system problem ( that I can understand is not their fault) but the trainer recepcionist was not able to check my reservation saying at first and like 2 times more that I've only paid for 1 person even I was showing him that I had paid for 2 adults. I'm sorry but...so disgusting experience for a 4 stars hotel...they should have onñy 2 stars and even that...the customer service ( recepcionists) must know what is it about to work with clients and not treat them like I was trying to lie about my reservation before checking anything. They couldnt even tell me if I could have a big size bed ( this I also can understand), oh...and the wifi was not working at all. So bad. Never come back.
