We had such a wonderful stay! The booking process was effortless, and the team truly went out of their way to assist us with our special requests. Being accommodated with an early check-in made a huge difference for our family after travelling — it immediately made us feel cared for. The prices are very reasonable for Paris, and the value you receive is fantastic. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. We honestly felt at home. Breakfast was absolutely to die for — fresh, generous, and perfect to start the day. We also ordered the lamb shank from the on-site restaurant, and it was incredible. Having it brought up to our room made the experience even more special. Highly recommended — we would happily stay here again!

Bathroom fittings/ designs were old . I don’t find Separate toilet and bathroom as a good idea. If someone occupied the bathroom, other person cannot wash hand after using toilet

Really bad service from their staff
Our stay was absolutely terrible from start to finish. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time, and there was a constant unpleasant smell. The bed was uncomfortable, and the noise made it almost impossible to sleep. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. Any time we asked for assistance, we were treated as if we were bothering them. Problems were ignored instead of being solved. The facilities were nothing like the photos. Everything felt old, worn out, and neglected. This place clearly does not care about the comfort or experience of its guests. For the price we paid, this hotel is a complete scam. It does not meet even the most basic standards. I would strongly recommend staying anywhere else. This was a huge disappointment and definitely a stay I regret.

Confortable option
Clean, well located ish (always walk around) but if you want the metro station it’s 16min walking. The receptionist (I don’t know her name, curly and black hair lady) she was lovely! Tried to accommodate me and attended to my requests promptly
Staff at the breakfast, they looked sad and bored. Felt like I was bothering them just for existing there! Also the breakfast a couple of years ago used to have more quality. Looked fresh and it was tasty. Consider the people that are going to eat everyday there, after two days you don’t want to eat the exact same thing

Rude front office rep
Staff before the room, before the breakfast , before the clean
One of the staff is too rude, I am taking about the tall guy who works in the night shift, this guy must not be on a customer facing role, he is absolutely not a fit for front office job. rest of the staff are very good and welcoming.
