Very comfortable hotel with friendly staff
The hotel is well located when arriving by motorway and there is a large free parking. The bed is super comfy and breakfast has a huge choice and friendly staff.
Some of the furniture is a bit dated, but everything is clean and functinnal.

Very spacious, comfortable and clean hotel, good free parking and great staff.
Great location for travelling the Autoroute past Grenoble and stopping overnight, easy to find not far from the autoroute. Spacious, clean and lots of free on site parking. Staff were welcoming throughout and helpful. Bar was good, with lovely Viognier! Restaurant produced a good standard of food, although menu maybe limited for people with personal food preferences and dietary requirements, (Menu is coded) however staff very helpful and accommodating and know their menu and ingredients well. So a work around was possible.

Clean hotel, helpful staff, however the room was too hot and the AC didn't function well.
The location is convenient and close to the city centre, with on-site free parking. The hotel features modern decor, and the rooms have a pleasant atmosphere with warm, cosy lighting. The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The room remained warm even with the air conditioning on, as the cool air did not circulate effectively. Although the mattress was comfortable, the mattress protector made the bed feel hot and sticky. The pillows were too soft, the duvet was too thick for the summer weather, and the sheets were not particularly soft. A topsheet would have been a welcome addition, giving guests the option to remove the duvet. Unfortunately, we did not sleep well, which was especially disappointing, as we had an important appointment with a very early start the next morning.

Comfortable. Chose a site outside the city centre deliberately, slept well, close to motorway to continue my trip. Friendly staff
Restaurant was closed at the weekend (which is hidden in the small print only if you go looking for that info / I only found out by a message from the hotel 2 days before and they refused to let me cancel even though I had booked it because of the reviews on booking.com). Smaller list of dishes available but small portions for the price and no other options in the neighbourhood …

Exceptional
Cleanest, room space And all my 10 points go for the man who waited us on the brekfast . Sad i dont have his name, but i want to emphase that he was very kind and very nice to us. Even we came a bit late for brekfast he waited us with smile It was an excelent trip for us and mercure hotel was excellent choice 👌
