Very pleasant stay!

Very nice staff and relaxing to get a swim and sauna after a long journey. The kids liked the place and we had a relaxing time. Easy parking.

It is on an industrial area, restaurants not too far off.

Great hotel but staff needs to be more careful

The facilities were great, spacious room and the regular beds were comfortable, it is less the case for the sofa bed. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a table and chairs to eat. Beautiful view on the mountains. Convenient restaurant in the premises.

The staff did not respect our ask not to clean the room one day, we had our things out. For the check-out, I gave the keys to the receptionist and ask if all was good, she then said all was good to go. Four hours later, I receive a call to tell me I did not pay for the nights…. (indeed I had not, and paid after through a link) I found this type of mistake is really unprofessional.

two things prevent me from rating - super :) the elevator:( it cracks very badly, there are times when it seems that it will now fall down:(it must definitely be repaired:(((( the quality of toilet paper :( ( sorry ) but it is very cheap and poor quality, but all these are trifles, the hotel is excellent :))!!!!

The breakfast was good but if you stay more than a week, I wish they would vary the main items, so it doesn't get too monotonous. Second week, I ate bkf in the room.
