- Room's carpet was bit dirty , few black spots here and there but overall room was nice.

A comfy stay but they need to rectify my 2 critical points to be awarded a higher review.

The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and the bed was large and extremely comfortable.

The free tea and coffee machine wasn’t working although we liked the free sparkling water facility. Our dinner was tasty but definitely not hot enough when it was placed in front of us - especially the roast vegetables.

Superb

Our daughter, a student lives right down street from the hotel so for us the location is perfect. If your child lives near the St Martin d’Heres/Gieres campus, it makes sense to stay here. You really can’t beat the price. It is also very quiet and very close to the tram. We have stayed here twice. They also accept pets. Reasonably priced breakfast.

The decor is outdated, this is not a problem for me, but may be for some. You also have to realize that the hotel is located in an industrial zone. If you are looking to be in the center of Grenoble this hotel is not for you; although we have gone into centre ville with the tram and it was very easy.

Room was cozy and we slept very well. We had all comfort and the restaurant had several options for dinner. Breakfast was rich , with a lot of options. Parking spot was free and we were very close to our zone of interest. Personnel was very kind and helpful.

The staff was friendly. The restaurant was quite simple but nice.

The hotel is located in an industrial area. It is not so nice. The room was small and oldy. No restaurant on Saturday and Sunday evening.

All told, happy to stay at this hotel.

Excellent location, free parking, very friendly and organised staff, a comfortable bed and superb buffet breakfast. Also the restaurant provides good evening meals. Oh yes, let's not forget the very competitive room rates.

Replacing the bedroom carpet with a lino floor (or equivalent) would be a notable improvement.

This was our second stay at this Ibis within 4 weeks. Just hope the restaurant will be open next tim

Very comfortable and clean with helpful, polite staff. Good to have access to free tea and coffee throughout our stay.

We selected Ibis partly because it had a restaurant for our evening meal. When we arrived, they said the restaurant was closed giving no reason. We guessed it was because there were few hotel guests that night. The room was very noisy from the busy road, when we opened the window slightly for fresh air during the night.
