Located in a very safe area with close proximity to the tram. The staff were available most of the time and were very helpful.
The sink in the bathroom of room 26 was dripping, leaving the floor wet most of the time, and water would flow from the bathroom toward the room. I hope they fix it so future guests have a smooth experience. Note to the staff: if it’s fixed, please leave a comment below so people aren’t put off from booking this place just because of this small issue. Other than this I had a very nice stay there.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable room and bed, private bathroom with all the facilities. Table and chair to study for my presentation. Really beautiful view of the mountain if you go at the corridor. Really calm place.
The guy from the hotel speak only on french, but it's extremely nice. If you have a basic french you will understand and speak with him.

easy and fast checkin, clean rooms with separate entries.
A/C was not capable of cooling the room down to acceptable temperatures (28°C the whole night), not possible to open windows as they face the common access walkway.
This would probably not be a problem in spring or autumn but strongly affected our experience in summer.
