Excellent location. Directly across from the airport bus drop off. Across from the main train station and a few blocks to the metro. A short walk to the historic center of Toulouse. Extremely helpful staff. Good air conditioning. Very clean rooms.
Common areas could have been cleaner. There are many people in economic distress in the area, but then it is very near the train station.

It is right across the street from the train station which was perfect for us.
The runner on the bed creeped me out. I removed it and a few dead small bugs remained on the sheets.
I wish hotels would wash those runners move often.

Good location, room clean and comfortable if small
Breakfast (€9 each) was extremely basic no food really left out had to ask for more croissants and ham no fruit or cheeses, or cooked option except serve your own boiled eggs
