Very clean and comfortable space
Check in took way too long. I arrived around 21h and they were having some issues with the equipment it took more that half an hour to get to my room

There was a small kitchen area which was great …. But no cutlery 😡 Receptionist could have been more friendly- I felt my family checking in was an inconvenience to her

The property was good
The staff were very rude. Kept us waiting in preference for later arrivals and 3 days later I am still waiting on a refund of the deposit. We asked them to check the room and release the deposit before we left. They assured us that it had been done but it is still showing on my card.
