I stayed three times at this hotel honestly, it’s good hotel near the train station and 10 walk to Capitol ( centre of Toulouse) .
Nothing apart of no room service and cleaning.

Great location near the station and had a communal laundry
Had to buy our own toilet paper and needed to ask for cutlery and cups and glasses as had none in the room

The room was perfect, comfortable, clean and spacious.
The staff could have been friendlier and the corridors were quite shabby

The room was nice and large.
The pillows were very lumpy as if they had been washed and then the substance of the pillows had deteriorated.
There was a constant clicking all through the night. I managed to locate it to a sensor near the extractor fan in the bathroom. This kept me awake all night.
Building work started with excessive drilling from 05:30am
There was no to little food to cater for gluten free although had requested this.
