The staff were lovely and great location. The kitchen is great with a nice fridge and dish washer. It was also well equipped, apart from no tea towel to dry dishes.
There was no plug for the bath and the shower was just about hanging on the holder as it was broken, unable to adjust. Needs to be more towels, only one medium sized towel each so was a problem if I had a shower and washed my hair!

The location was excellent for exploring the city by foot. The staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were also very quiet for a city location. It was extremely good value too.
The gym was not well equipped. It was difficult to wash up plates etc because there was no drainer.

Good location…for train & air-travel facilities. We stay here often and there are never any surprises. There is even a small galley kitchen for breakfast.

Location and secure parking. Friendly staff.
Lack of promised toiletries, lethal shower, needed mat in bath. Pillows like rocks.
