The beds were extremely comfortable and it was deliciously cool with great air con. Also, a great location.
The location was a little dodgy, quite a deprived area. That said, I never felt unsafe at all. Also, the pool area is very very small. Also, the carpets were somewhat stained but honestly for the price paid it was fine.

I stayed in room 404. It was quite large having a double bed and a sitting room with a sofa bed.A table to seat 4 people, also a large bathroom with a shower over the bath. The kitchen is very well equipt, having a kettle also a filter coffee percolator.The kitchen also has a dishwasher. The apartment has a very efficient aircon system.
Nothing to say here.

Excellent location near train station and easily walkable to the best part of Toulouse's shopping, restaurants, museums. Comfortable, clean room. Wish we had time to stay and enjoy the outdoor space.

The staff were all lovely. Vincent at the front desk was a pleasure and the ladies doing the cleaning were all very kind.
The rooms were very clean. Close to the train station. Good communication. However this was definitely not a four star hotel. It was nice for a three star and I would have given a better rating if that is what I thought we were getting.
The carpet had a couple of quite large holes in it. One was poorly filled and the other was just a hole. The post in the bathroom in front of the toilet. The lighting in the entire place was very dim.
