El trato del recepcionista, amable, simpático y nos concedió las peticiones.

La realidad no es algo en concreto. Pero en relación al precio, no esperábamos que se usará también de largas estancias y las personas cocinan en la entrada del hotel. Dejando olores de comida en toda la plata de réception.

Localização muito prática, em frente a estação de comboios e a poucos metros do centro. Acomodações simples, mas limpas.

O sinal da internet não chega ao quarto. Melhor nem contar com ela. Isolamento acústico precário, escuta-se todo o ruído dos vizinhos de andar(na altura, nada silenciosos).

Proximité de la gare et amabilité du personnel

I'll be totally honest, we booked a room here super last minute as our sleeper train got cancelled and we needed somewhere cheap and close to the train station. Yes, it's not a luxury hotel by any stretch of the imagination, but it was inexpensive, the rooms were spotlessly clean (if a little in need of TLC), and the gentleman on reception was exceptionally helpoful, especially given that we arrived quite late at night. It was exactly what we needed in a pinch.

As I said, the rooms could really do with a bit of TLC. I totally get that it's a budget hotel but there were some basic repairs that could be done fairly easily - it really would be the difference between a 6/10 and 7-8/10 to be honest.
