Excellent location, in the centre of the town, which is really charming, the staff are friendly and ready to assist. Breakfast selection - very good. Spotless clean, the bright white towels of good quality.

Slightly disappointed of the toiletries (only soap and toilet paper), but we managed to buy shampoo, conditioner, etc from the supermarket that is conveniently located across the street.

location is good. it’s one of two hotels in the town so options are very limited.

so dark - very dim lighting in halls and rooms. room did not feel clean and had bad smell in bathroom (smelled like urine), towels did not smell fresh. decor is depressing, beds uncomfortable. can hear the neighbors through the walls, noises from the pipes woke me up several times a night. WAY overpriced. to the point that it feels like a ripoff. will not be staying at this hotel again - would rather stay in another town and commute in.

Good value in Heusenstamm

Breakfast was excellent; the air conditioning in the room was quiet and effective. Staff at breakfast and in the bar were very friendly. The hotel was very quiet at night.

The room layout was a bit strange, with the shower and bathroom sink directly next to the bed (not in a separate bathroom). The WC did have its own room.

The bed was extremely comfortable. Maybe the best I have slept in in hotels. Room was also comfortable.

Góð staðsetning á hótelinu.

Staðsetning á hótelinu er mjög góð, stutt í verslun og stutt á hraðbraut. Einnig veitingastaður á hótelinu sem er mjög gott.

Herbergið er lítið, sturtan er í opnu rými í herberginu. Sápan í sturtunni virkaði ekki.

Obwohl wir 2 Doppelzimmer gebucht hatten , war in jedem Zimmer nur ein alles für eine Person vorbereitet! 1 Satz Handtücher, 1 Satz Bettzeug! Kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen! Birne in einer Nachttischlampe defekt!😭

Leider nur durchschnittlich und nicht für Fahrradfahrer geeignet.

Der Name Schlosshotel weckt falsche Erwartungen. Das Außengelände hat bereits deutlich bessere Zeiten erlebt. Die Zimmer sind durchschnittlich, die Toilette ist voll verglast, so das man seinen Partner entspannt auf der Toilette beobachten kann. Ein persönlicher Check-in fand nicht statt, Personal war nur im Restaurant auffindbar. Wir hatten das Hotel gewählt, da es sich direkt an der Regionalpark Fahrradroute befindet. Leider existiert nicht einmal ein Fahrradständer, so das wir entsprechende Probleme hatten bei der Unterbringung unserer Räder.

Sauberes Zimmer und sehr zentral gelegen.

Die Heizung/Klimaanlage war ein wenig laut. Der Hotelflur war ein wenig hellhörig, so dass man die Schritte auf dem Zimmer gehört hat.
