Jose Alberto at the reception desk, was as always, friendly and helpful. We keep coming back to this hotel, for the pleasant staff and good location
the water in the shower could have been warmer.

The location is perfect, few blocks from Bellas Artes palace and Alameda central
the towels provided have an opportunity for improvement.

The location is perfect. The rooms were neat and comfortable. The breakfast was OK
The first desk clerk charged me wrongly. Just a mistake. Had to pay more on leaving. The shower would not get warm and I was afraid of overflow into the room. The door would not close properly after I tried to use it.
