the towels provided have an opportunity for improvement.

The staff was helpful. We had problem with the internet in the room, and they quickly found a replacement, with a better WiFi connection.
The hotel is in a very good and central location. Close to the museums we wanted to visit.

The location is perfect. The rooms were neat and comfortable. The breakfast was OK
The first desk clerk charged me wrongly. Just a mistake. Had to pay more on leaving. The shower would not get warm and I was afraid of overflow into the room. The door would not close properly after I tried to use it.
