Room was bright, clean and comfortable. Concierge offered to change our room when the shower was blocked.
The Hotel is close to Wien Westbahnhof and is a convenient station for interstate travel, eg. Salzburg.
Hotel is located at top end of Mariahilfer Strabe which leads you down to the city centre.
The air conditioning unit wasn't effective and there is no kettle, coffee or fridge in the room. Greatest inconvenience was that the nearest self-service laundry is 15mins walk from the hotel.

The restaurant is as nice.
The room was not as nice as I thought. A twin room with one twin bed and a very small single bed is not ideal. Normally twin beds are the same for each person.

Clean tidy rooms, nice staff ,great location , water in the shower marvelous, bar exceptional, cozy . I loved it , highly recommend

The breakfast was great and the staff very attentive. However the rooms seem a bit rundown.
The room did’t feel very friendly as the decoration was quite dark and I wasn’t sure if the carpet was dirty or the marks were part of the design.
