I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, with a variety of restaurants and shops just a short 5-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the local area.
The property itself is clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere throughout my visit. One of the most unique highlights was the free "opera" performances; since the hotel is located directly opposite the theater, I could hear the beautiful music right from my room.
Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay if you appreciate convenience and a bit of local culture. Highly recommended!

Overall the stay was ok, spacious rooms and sufficient facilities.
What surprised us was the lack of service and help we got when we arrived for check in. There was no one at the lobby for at least 15 mins, and when the guy finally came around, he was quite clearly shorthanded and had to manage multiple things (he wasn’t rude or anything, just perhaps needed more help)
The hotel corridor had a funky smell and some stuff in the room were also not the cleanest, felt old and in need of servicing. Perhaps they just need a refresh to furnish the hotel rooms abit more.
The location was convenient for public transport so that was good.

The reception staff could be more welcoming. A simple smile or greeting from them would make a big difference. At times it felt like guests had to make the first move to say hello, which doesn’t create the best impression. A bit more warmth and politeness would really improve the experience.
