The hotel room was spacious and cozy. The entire hotel is stylishly decorated and has a unique character. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which was delivered directly to our room. The owner was very kind, friendly, and accommodating.
The hotel is located near a very busy road and transport hub, so the walk to the hotel may not be particularly pleasant. However, the hotel itself is situated on a side street, and the rooms are quiet.

Mein host was very welcoming and helpful allowing us to leave our bags as we arrived early, meaning we could have a leisurely walk to the Easter market at Schonbrunn. We stayed in a beautiful large suite and the freshly prepared breakfast brought to our room was gorgeous. Only 1 minute walk from U Bahn station/ tram stop for easy access from/ to the airport

It might have been the best stay in Austria. The owner was lovely and so helpful. And patient with our full blown energy kids (which is rare in Austria). The appartment was super comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. They even helped us with the laundry, which was very appreciated.
I liked everything. Only thing missing was a shelf in the shower! Location is good but a bit far. However we knew this before booking. The bus stop is very close (like 1min) . For metro, you need to walk 10-11 minutes.
