Helpful and polite staff. Beautiful room and hotel.
Very small cleanliness issues: hairs behind bathroom door and slight amount of dirt in drawer. Very minor which did not impact stay.

The central location, nice, relaxing atmosphere. Free upgrade of the room, tasty complimentary chocolates and a handwritten card was a nice gesture.
The smell in the room, uncomfortable bed. The Voja products aroma was a bit to strong.

The room was good size. Clean with a view of the gardens. The porter brought our luggage to and from our room on the 3rd floor as they do not have an elevator. The location was ideal to walk around with the St Stevens park just across the street. The breakfast was good.
The placement of electrical outlets for plugging in our chargers. If you used the desk to place your chargers and wanted to use the coffee machine you had to unplug the chargers while the coffee brewed.
