Hotel location was good. Hotel grounds were beautiful. Both hotel and grounds were immaculate. Hotel very clean. Staff absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough for you.
Rooms were a little dated. No tea or coffee facilities in rooms. Parking in car park was limited. Hotel was busy whilst we were there and there was a long queue for dinner. Basically not enough tables to accommodate everyone, so quite long waiting times.

The room was spacious and the facilities were clean and good. The breakfast was well served and varied.
The front desk staff was unfortunately very rude. We had dinner included and it was flavourless and with no quality, which was shocking given the hotel rating.
Additionally, there were no amenities in the room: no coffee machine, kettle, or any other amenities. Only the cheap body wash in the bathroom.
