10 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
The location was perfect for us - 25 minutes uber ride from and to the airport, 20 minutes walk to the Marvel Stadium and less than 10 minutes walk to Queen Victoria market. The newly refurbished room was very stylish, spacious and comfortable. I love being able to choose pillows out of the 6 on the pillow menu. The staff at the reception was always friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the hotel is under renovation so we didn't use any other facilities which wasn't really an issue for us.
Nothing.

Property is amazing, comfy, and staff are great located next to trains, buses, and trams
Property is undergoing renovations and terrible noise from 9am-3pm doesn’t affect much unless you enjoy sleeping during the day and or staying inside hotel room. I wish we were able to secure a gardens room as the opposite site just looks into apartments
